ADVI Designs currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery charges

• Orders under AED 100: AED 10 standard delivery
• Orders of AED 100 or more: free delivery

The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

We offer fast, reliable delivery across the UAE. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers or events outside our control.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video, as described in our Refund Policy.
