At ADVI Designs, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Without a proper unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video
  • Photos of the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Jewellery items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

Refund Policy

We do not provide cash refunds or payment reversals.

If a return request is approved, the customer will receive:

  • Store credit/shopping credit equivalent to the eligible amount

The shopping credit can be used for future purchases on ADVI Designs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Depending on product availability, customers may choose:

  • Replacement product
  • Alternative product using store credit
