At ADVI Designs, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only for:
- Damaged items
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
Without a proper unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

- Brief description of the problem
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Jewellery items
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or altered products
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
Refund Policy
We do not provide cash refunds or payment reversals.
If a return request is approved, the customer will receive:
- Store credit/shopping credit equivalent to the eligible amount
The shopping credit can be used for future purchases on ADVI Designs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Depending on product availability, customers may choose:
- Replacement product
- Alternative product using store credit
